At the MR Gathering in Stockholm, I had the privilege of presenting a keynote on the importance of customer co-creation in medtech design. I spoke about how involving end users early in the design process leads to safer, more effective, and more usable products. Drawing from my hands-on experience, I highlighted how collaborative design reduces risk, supports regulatory compliance, and creates real value for both patients and healthcare professionals.
The talk sparked a great discussion among attendees—further reinforcing the relevance of human-centered design in today’s medtech landscape. It was a rewarding opportunity to both share insights and learn from others in the field.
